Install the add-in
- In Outlook, open Apps (or Get Add-ins) and search for SaveMailPDF.
- Click Add. Your administrator can also deploy it for everyone from the Microsoft 365 admin centre.
- Select one or more emails in one folder and click Save as PDF on the ribbon.
Until our Microsoft AppSource listing is live, your administrator can add SaveMailPDF from the manifest at /manifest.xml.
Upgrade or manage billing
Open the SaveMailPDF pane in Outlook and use the Plan card at the top: Upgrade opens a secure Stripe checkout; Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal for invoices, payment method, seats and cancellation.
Good to know
- Multi-select works for up to 100 emails from one folder. On Mac, Outlook saves the open email only.
- With Conversation view on, expand a conversation and tick each email you need.
- Files OneDrive can't convert (for example .zip or .exe) are skipped and attached inside the PDF instead.
