Sub-processors
SaveMailPDF uses the following sub-processors. Email content is not shared with any of them: it stays in the customer's Microsoft 365.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data | Location / safeguard |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosting of the add-in and website, licence database, usage/error telemetry, cookieless website analytics | Microsoft object/tenant IDs, invited seat emails, PDF counts, hashed telemetry | Global edge; EU SCCs and EU-US DPF |
| Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. | Payments, subscriptions, invoices, customer portal | Billing name, email, address, VAT number, payment details | Ireland; EU SCCs and EU-US DPF for Stripe, Inc. |
Microsoft processes email content and OneDrive files under your own agreement with Microsoft; it is not our sub-processor. We'll update this page at least 30 days before adding a sub-processor.
