Questions
What counts as one PDF?
Each time you click “Save as one PDF”, whether it holds 1 email or 100, counts as one PDF. Free counts reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
How does Team work?
The person who buys Team covers up to 10 colleagues who sign in with the same Microsoft 365 organisation. Seats are claimed automatically the first time a colleague saves a PDF.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Manage billing in the pane. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
Do you store my emails?
No. Emails and attachments are converted by your own OneDrive and never reach our servers. See Privacy.
